Once upon a time when New York city was home, I was reborn a Classical Pilates instructor thanks to the incredible mentorship of Alycea Ungaro (Google her, she’s a legend). The learning curve was steep but life-changing, teaching a wide range of clients at Ungaro’s studios in Soho, Tribeca and the Upper East Side.
